These terms and conditions explain the nature and scope of the relationship between V-CUT FASHIONS PVT. LTD (hereinafter referred to as “Company”, as the owner and management of the Online Portal of VCUT).
1. Products purchased pursuant to redemption cannot be exchanged / refunded.
2. The Company reserves the right to update the points system at any time if it deems any future circumstance warrant such a decision.
3. Upon redemption of Silk Points for adjustment against a part of the billed amount, the balance amount billed shall be settled by the Member in cash and/or recognized credit / debit card.
4. The Company shall not be liable in the event it fails to fulfill any of its obligations under this agreement due to flood, earthquake, storm, cyclone or any other acts of god of similar nature, war strike, lockout, or governmental or judicial or quasi-judicial policies/intervention/direction/prohibition or change in law or for any other reasons beyond its direct control.
5. Privacy issues are a high priority for V-CUT FASHIONS PRIVATE LIMITED and we follow standard industry practices to maintain your personal information. To ensure that the offers and services are relevant we may solicit information from the Members from time to time. This is solely for the purpose of making the program more and more meaningful. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our Members and their transactions
6. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts / forum at Kolkata and shall be governed by Indian laws.
7.Disputes, if any, shall be referred to an Arbitrator to be solely appointed by Company and the proceedings of such arbitration shall be governed by the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
